Refund policy

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, so you can try EstateHawk and see the data for your county before you pay anything.

No refunds, cancel anytime

Because paid plans give instant access to lead data, payments are not refunded. You can cancel at any time from Manage billing in the app or by emailing us. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you paid for, and you are not charged again.

Billing mistakes

If you were charged by mistake, for example twice for the same month, tell us within 30 days and we refund the extra charge in full.

How payments work

Payments are processed by our payment partner Creem, who acts as the merchant of record and sends your receipts.
