EstateHawk ("we") provides software that organizes public property tax records. This policy explains what we collect about our users.

What we collect

• Account details you give us: name, email, company and password (stored hashed).
• What you do in the app, such as notes, pipeline stages and searches, so the product works.
• Basic technical logs (IP address, browser) for security.

Property data

Property and owner information in EstateHawk comes from public records published by county governments and from public contact lookups. You are responsible for using it lawfully, including do-not-call and anti-spam rules.

How we use your information

To run your account, send alerts you ask for, provide support and keep the service secure. We do not sell your personal information.
