Which counties do you cover?
We currently cover 80 counties across 2 states, pulled from official county treasurer and tax-sale records, and we add more regularly. See the full list on the Counties page.
How fresh is the data?
Every county list is downloaded again every night. New delinquent properties, owner changes and paid-off taxes show up in your account the next morning.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial with one county. No credit card is needed to start.
Can I collaborate with my team?

Where does the data come from?
From public records published by county treasurers, auditors and their tax-sale attorneys. We collect, clean, score and map it so you do not have to.
What is a deal score?
A 0 to 100 score that weighs how many years the taxes are behind, the estimated equity, the amount owed, out-of-state ownership and vacancy signals. Higher means a more motivated seller and a better margin.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are month to month. You can cancel or change your plan whenever you want.
